Risk Notification Settings

Effective risk management is crucial for any organization’s success. SysRisk, a leading risk management software, offers vital risk notification settings to ensure no risk goes unnoticed. These settings allow users to set alerts, ensuring they are promptly reminded to address specific risks. Customizable notifications help users stay on top of their responsibilities without being overwhelmed by unnecessary information. Real-time alerts about new risk entries, status changes, and mitigation efforts enable swift responses.

Steps to Set Risk Notifications in SysRisk

 1. The user must first log in to the SysRisk software. Navigate to the designated module (PRM or ERM).

2. From the product option menu, go to the “Risk Life-Cycle” page.

3. On the Risk Life-Cycle page, locate the “Send Reminder to Update Risk Status” box. Here, the user can set notifications for certain risks by selecting the risk status and reminder days.

4. Beside this box, there is a customization box with toggle options for further personalization.

5. A table below lists all the risks the user is associated with, providing an overview for easy management.

 
Notes 

In the table on this page, users will find risk entries based on their roles. Admins can view all risks registered in the software. Product admins have access only to the risks associated with the products they manage. General users have very limited access, restricted to only those risks they are directly related to.
