In SysRisk, we provide comprehensive logs for all users, tailored to their roles. These logs serve various purposes, such as monitoring activities throughout the software, user activity, admin activity, and documenting every action taken on each risk entry. We offer three types of logs: administrative log, user log, and risk log.
Administrative Logs
- Access: Available only to admins.
- Location: Designated page called Administrative Log in the admin module.
- Details: Admins can view all activities performed over the past 6 months by themselves and other admins. This includes user creation/removal/update, adding/removing users to different features, and other administrative actions.
User Logs
- Access: Available only to admins.
- Location: User Logs page in the admin module.
- Details: All activities performed by any user or product admin are visible, with precise date and time data. This allows for comprehensive monitoring of user interactions within the system.
Risk Logs
- Access: Accessible to all roles in the software.
- Location: Access to the action option of any risk in Risk Register/Risk Prioritization page, scroll to the end of the sub-page.
- Details: Each risk entry has its own log, capturing every activity performed on it by every user involved. While risk logs do not have a designated page, they are included wherever a user can view or edit a risk item. The risk log maintains a record of every operation or update happening in that risk entry.
Issue Logs
- Functionality: Similar to risk logs.
- Location: Access to the action option of any risk in Issue Register page, scroll to the end of the sub-page.
- Details: As soon as a risk is raised as an issue, it transfers to the Issue Register page, and the risk log turns into an issue log. The issue log continues to record updates from the moment it was created, maintaining a complete history of actions taken on the issue.
