Product Catalogue

SysRisk is pleased to offer a comprehensive product catalogue designed to keep users informed about our latest and most innovative modules and products. This dynamic feature goes beyond a simple catalogue with detailed information; it also provides an interactive platform where clients can efficiently request pricing, additional details, and even product demonstrations.

Our product catalogue ensures that clients stay up-to-date with the newest offerings and have seamless access to the resources needed to make informed decisions about their risk management needs.

Procedure for Accessing and Utilizing the Product Catalogue

1. The administrator must log in and navigate to the Admin Dashboard. From the Admin Product Option, proceed to the Product Catalogue page. 

2. On the Product Catalogue page, products are classified based on user subscription status and availability. Each product is presented as an overview ticket, providing key information and the current status of the product. 

3. Each product ticket includes the following details:

  • Subscribed Status

  • Licensed Users

  • Product Administrators

4. For products that are not subscribed to, there are two additional options available:

  • Pricing Details

  • Request for Demo

5. Selecting the “Pricing Details” or “Request for Demo” buttons will redirect the user to the Sysonex webpage, where comprehensive information regarding pricing and demo availability is provided.

By adhering to these steps, administrators can efficiently manage and utilize the product catalogue, ensuring access to the latest information and options for SysRisk’s innovative modules and products.

Note

Please note that access to the product catalogue is restricted to root admins and admins only. This ensures that only authorized personnel can manage and interact with the catalogue, maintaining the integrity and security of the information provided.
