Issue creation

The process of converting a risk item into an issue item is straightforward and logical. It reflects the transition from potential problems to actual occurrences.

  1. Risk Entry: A risk entry identifies potential problems the organization might face in the future, serving as a precautionary measure to prevent adverse outcomes.
  2. Issue Entry: An issue entry, on the other hand, represents a risk that has already materialized, focusing on how the organization is managing the situation.
To create an issue item, the user must first create a risk entry, either manually or through AI generation. Once the risk is documented, it can be converted into an issue item, highlighting that the risk has transitioned from a potential to a present problem.

  1. The risk entry then needs to be approved.

  2. First, the user must create a risk entry(manual or AI).

  3. After approval, the user should proceed to the Risk Register page.

  4. On the Risk Register page, there is a table containing all the risk items, each with an action button.

  5. Accessing this action button opens a risk entry editing sub-page. On this page, the user will find an option labeled “Raise as an Issue.”

  6. Clicking this button will immediately transfer the risk entry to the Issue Register page.

  7. All other features of the Issue Register page are similar to those of the Risk Register page.

  8. In the editing window, the user will find a button labeled “Remove from Issue Register.” If an issue is removed from the Issue Register, it will return to the Risk Register page.
