Active Product Status & Monthly Billing System

SysRisk features a dedicated page for administrators to access comprehensive information about current plans, purchased statuses, billing details, and user counts. Accessible only to root admin and admins, this page provides a summary of active plans, detailed billing information, and user allocation insights. This centralized resource empowers admins to manage subscriptions, financial aspects, and user allocations efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of SysRisk’s offerings.

1. This process is initiated only after purchasing the product and logging into the SysRisk account.

2. The root admin or admin must log in to their SysRisk account and navigate to the Admin Module.

3. From the Admin Module, proceed to the Admin Product Options and select the Your Plan and Products page. 

4. At the starting of the Your Plan and Products page, there is an information box displaying details of the current plan, including the number of users allowed, active users, next billing date, and other relevant information.

5. Below the information box, there is a table named Your Plan and Products. This table stores the license key and pricing information for the products. The infos of this table can be downloaded as CSV file also.

6. At the bottom of the page, there is a Monthly Invoice table that shows billing information for currently active plans. Administrators can also download invoice PDFs from this table.

By following these steps, administrators can effectively manage their plans, licenses, and billing information within SysRisk.
